Hopefully the following information will help you with planning your event.

 

  • For a full living history encampment, we require a 75 x 75 metre area in which all our re-enacements will be performed.

 

  • If you would like horses to take part in the re-enactment, then a much larger area will be required for health and safety reasons.

 

  • We ask for access to the site 1-2 days before the event and 1 day after to clear the area.

 

  • Access to toilets and running water for the duration of our stay.

 

  • Permission for fire pits (which are reinstated before we leave the site) or raised fire trays can be used.

 

  • A supply of fire wood (logs, pallets or scrap wood) for cooking purposes.

 

  • Good access to the site for vehicles with trailers and parking away from the encampment to allow us to create an authentic setting.

 

  • All bookings are covered by public liability insurance.

If our full encampment sounds too large for your event, then please contact us for more information. Smaller encampments can be tailor made to your requirements.
